What is Truly?

Truly provides a monthly subscription of personalized supplements. Each month, our customers receive 30 packs with daily supplements chosen just for them. Take the survey to find out what we think would be best for you!

How do I get started?

If you’re looking for a little help figuring out what supplements to take, we can help. All you have to do is answer a few questions about your diet and lifestyle, and we’ll recommend supplements for you. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.

How many packs do I receive?

Each box comes with 30 packs, to be taken once a day. When you’re nearing the end of your supply, your next order should be on its way.

Can I just order one month?

Yes! Just choose the month-to-month plan.

Do I need an account to sign up?

You don’t need an account to sign up. You’ll create an account when you're placing your first order.

I can't make an account, what should I do?

The site won't allow you to create an account until you've placed an order. Until that happens, you're welcome to take the survey (and with cookies your recommendations should save) and browse the site. After you order, you'll be prompted to create an account.

Can I change my answer to a survey question?

Yes you can. We are actually working on making it easier to re-do the survey (right now, our site is a bit too good at remembering you), but an easy workaround is to do the questions over on a different device, in a different type of browser, or in an incognito window. Then you can adjust the items in your pack accordingly based on the new results.

Where do you ship?

We will ship to all fifty US states, Canada and the EU.

Do you ship to other international locations?

We won’t be shipping to countries outside the US, Canada or the EU, upon launch, but we hope to soon! Email us at nputnam@alltech.com and let us know what country you live in, and we'll tag you to be alerted once we ship to your area of the world!

Do you ship to military addresses?

Yes! Email us at nputnam@alltech.com if you have any trouble at checkout and we'll get you taken care of.

How does my subscription work?

You can sign up for a month-to-month or annual subscription. We send you a new box of monthly supplements every thirty days. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

When will I receive my box each month?

Renewals are set to be delivered every 30 days, starting from your first delivery.

Can I delay my next ship date?

Yes. In your account you have the options to delay your next delivery by a week, two weeks, or a month. You can email us at nputnam@alltech.com and we will set that up for you.

Can I change the frequency of my orders?

At the moment we only offer the monthly shipping option. In your account you have the ability to delay your next order by a week, two weeks, or a month. If you need your next order sent sooner than its scheduled date, email us at nputnam@alltech.com and we can help you out!

Can I order multiple months at once?

Yes! Place your first order and then email us at nputnam@alltech.com to let us know how many duplicate orders you'd like and we'll take care of the rest.

Can I change the email address on my account?

Of course. Email us at nputnam@alltech.com and we'll take care of it.

I forgot my password!

No problem! Just go to www.GetTruly.com and click "sign in" on the top right corner. If you forgot your password, type in your email address and click "forgot password". Then you'll be emailed a link to reset your password. If you forgot which email address you signed up with, just shoot us an email at nputnam@alltech.com.

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes. Log in to your account and change your address for future orders under the "billing" tab. If an order has already processed, this change will affect your next order.

My billing and shipping addresses are different, is that okay?

No problem!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders ship from our warehouse, usually within 7 days from the date they're placed. Once your order has been given to the carrier, you'll receive tracking information.

Can I expedite my shipping?

We don't offer expedited shipping at this time, but we hope to in the future!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free!

When will I be billed?

A few days before your next month is due to ship, you will get an email that your pack is shipping soon, your card will be billed two days after your notification email so you have time to make changes before your shipment.

Will I be billed on the same day each month?

Your subscription is based on a 30-day cycle, so your payment will be charged every 30 days. Each month you'll get an email 2 days before your next order will be finalized and charged, so you’ll know when you’ll be billed each month.

How do I update my billing information?

Use the billing tab in your account and the new card you enter will be used for your future orders.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships you will receive an email with your shipment tracking number.

My order status is "delivered" but I never received it. What happened?

Sorry about that! Please email us at nputnam@alltech.com so we can help.

How can I cancel an order?

You can email us at nputnam@alltech.com and we'll take care of it.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You cancel any time by emailing us at nputnam@alltech.com.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, orders may be returned within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund.
